  • Foena Lowe
    Hi, I’m Foena, the Social Prescribing and Care Coordinator Manager. My area of expertise is domestic abuse, sexual abuse, stalking and harassment and I previously worked as an IDVA for GDASS. I hold an honours degree in Criminology. I got into Social Prescribing as I had an interest in providing holistic support for the community of Cheltenham, focusing on health and wellbeing.
  • Lara Attwood
    Hi! I’m Lara, another member of the adult social prescribing team for Cheltenham Central PCN. I have a specialist interest in nutrition and exercise, which is what I completed my degree in. I’ve also been a personal trainer for the past 10 years.Prior to working as a SPLW I have worked in a care home as an activities coordinator and taught PE sessions in primary schools. I enjoy helping the people I work with gain the most they can out of a healthy active lifestyle. Outside of work I enjoy playing netball, spending a lot of time with family and friends and my favourite hobby is going out to eat LOTS of food!
  • Olivia Hobbs
    Hey, I’m Olivia, another other the CYP SPLW’s working for the PCN. I have a passion for helping children and young people engaging in healthy lifestyles and exercise. Prior to working with the PCN I worked with families, children, and young people – including those with additional needs, early years education and as a family support specialist. I’m also trained in baby massage and yoga. In my spare time I enjoy spin cycling, swimming, and taking my dog out for long forest and hill walks. I also enjoy thai food.

    Hi I’m Jo. I am a Children and Young People Social Prescriber. My interests are child social, emotional wellbeing, and homelife and family relationships. Before this role I was a Primary school teacher for 22 years and then a Family Support Worker. In my spare time I enjoy reading, exercising, and being outdoors walking my dog.
  • Ian Harvey
    Ian is passionate about supporting men who have had difficult and often traumatic pasts and upbringings into finding purpose and a better place in life. Before becoming a social prescriber, Ian previously worked as a community wellbeing agent, setting up groups and activities such as walking sports, arts & crafts groups, community pantries and local men’s and ladies’ groups.
  • Sam Quinson
    Hi, I’m Sam, before starting as a social prescriber, I worked across many sectors of health and social care such as an equipment services manager for GDA, a housing support worker, an independent living advisor and a care and education facilitator. Outside of health and social care I have also been an Au Pair in America! I enjoy empowering people and giving choice and encouragement to individuals to reach their goals and have worked with people from all walks of life, be it mental health, learning and physical disabilities, carers, young people, visual and hearing impairments, and the elderly.I love learning new skills and am constantly looking to improve my bag of knowledge and believe that knowledge is only ever shared, not wasted. I used to run boxersize, love travelling and learning about different cultures, going on nature walks and completed the3 peaks challenge in 2017!
